Our REACH Support Team

Our team of sales professionals have the knowledge, skill set and operational experience to connect with key operators across Canada.

  • Carmela Papa began career as a young Chef working in Montreal hotels and restaurants. She has over 35 years of experience working in both Canada and the USA in privately owned residences at the Corporate level. Her education background includes McGill University, Concordia University, Banff Alberta, ITHQ professional culinary, Riverside culinary and with The Italian Delegation.

    Carmela has held leadership roles in both Operations and Procurement for organizaions such as as Holiday Retirement Allegro Groupe Maestria as well as owning her own consulting company in Food Service Operations for privately owned residences. Most recently she was National Director of Procurement for Cora Franchise group. Carmela also worked extensively with the RQRA and wrote their Food Service Guide.

    In her spare time, Carmela enjoys painting and drawing and has held several exhibitions for her artwork over the years.

  • Sonja Retired in late 2022 after 30+ years with Aramark/Complete Purchasing Services Inc. During her time with CPS Inc. she provided clients with program support and cost effective menu options. She has enjoyed crossing items off the "To Do's" list in the past few months. With that list greatly reduced she decided to look for an opportunity to support her healthcare friends during this new chapter.

    Sonja is excited to re-connect with former customers and to build relationships with new ones. She looks forward to sharing innovative products and services with the same enthusiasm and customer focus that has always been part of her personality and career path.

    Sonja can often be found with a book in one hand - hard copy or electronic - with a cat nestled close by.

  • Marie-Anne is a Registered Dietitian who has worked for much of her career in Food Service Administration and sales. She has full appreciation and understanding for the needs of Food Service Operators.

    Her experience includes District Manager of Operations, Patient Services Manager in an acute care setting as well as Director of Business Development for a national group purchasing organization.

    Her involvement in dealing with a multitude of differing organizations and facilities has given her a solid background in providing support for food service operators in healthcare and senior living and is excited about re connecting with industry leaders.

    Marie-Anne is active at the local YMCA and enjoys golf, local agriculture, culinary arts and all that the Okanagan Valley has to offer.

  • Vanda Racciatti represents Manitoba and Saskatchewan regions.

  • Dana Zenobio is a Registered Dietitian who has spent her career in Business Development within the healthcare industry. Having worked for many large multi-national companies such as Aramark, Campbells Healthcare, Nestle Health Science and Sysco, Dana understands the healthcare landscape well and is passionate about creating positive outcomes for her customers. Having a deep understanding of how to tailor solutions to meet the needs of her clients has allowed her to remain successful throughout her career within this industry.

    When not in her office chair or in the field, Dana enjoys Pilates, yoga and creating healthy, unique, recipes which she shares with her husband, two daughters and her favourite Wheaton Terrier, Ollie.

  • Peter has over 30 years experience in the Healthcare and Hospitality Industry, working as an Operations Manager for a National Foodservice Company, and an Account Manager in Healthcare providing purchasing solutions primarily in Food, Housekeeping, Nursing, and Maintenance as well as program support, and Education events.

    Peter has developed and established successful professional relationships with clients, suppliers, and manufacturers and is now looking forward to joining the Reach Team.

    Outside of work Peter is actively involved with the B.C. Restaurant and Foodservices Association and several local Community activities.

  • Karen received her BSc in Nutrition and Food Science from the University of Alberta, and has used that knowledge throughout her career in food service. She has worked in healthcare food service as a food service supervisor and quality control analyst. In food service distribution, she worked as an account executive for a large portfolio of customers. Karen has been in the food service industry since 2008, however she did take the last several years off to stay home and raise her children. Karen is excited to rejoin the industry and reconnect with customers, distributors and manufacturers.

    In her spare time, Karen most enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. Camping, trail walking and spray parks are their favourite activities to do together. Karen also enjoys reading and cooking/baking in the kitchen.

  • With 30 plus years experience in the foodservice industry. Dawn's experience includes all aspects of food service development with operations at the beginning of her career, then onto key account management and sales development in manufacturing as well as distribution, both in regional and national management roles.

    Dawn has worked 27 years in the Healthcare sector. Professional and dedicated to customer service, high energy with a passion for the healthcare market.

    Recently retired from her full time position, she is excited to join the REACH team and begin this new chapter in her life.

  • Noelle is excited to join the REACH Team, supporting the BC Region.

    Her experience in the food service industry includes multi unit management and all components in the Healthcare & Senior Living sector.

    Noelle recently retired from Sysco after 10 years of successfully leading the Healthcare and Senior Living team in the BC Region.

    Her key strengths include customer service excellence, developing and maintaining strong partnerships, while supporting all aspects of sales development and marketing initiatives.

    Noelle is passionate about providing solid solutions to her customers and is looking forward to connecting with many friends and creating new ones.
